Youth Group is kids through young adults (6th grade through 12th grade) who meet at Eastside Lutheran School and play a various assortment of games - basketball, football, tag, soccer - whatever we're in the mood for! About halfway through we stop for a snack and a 20-minute devotion about a religious topic (voted on by the people attending). You don't have to be a member or Eastside or go to Eastside Lutheran School to attend! | ||

On Sunday nights Dr. Arthur Eggert will lead a bible study on man. Eggert, a retired University of Wisconsin-Madison professor and Eastside member, has written and published numerous papers in the scientific field as well as read over 50,000 pages of Lutheran theology. Seeking to address the common ways in which members of the scientific and religious communities speak past one another, this study aims to give clear understanding of the true aims of the Bible and science. On Sunday, March 28th, WELS member Daniel Dexter will do a dramatic, word-for-word presentation of Jesus' passion according to John's gospel. Dexter has memorized the entire gospel of John, the book of Phillippians, and many other portions of the Scriptures, which he has shared with congregations around the country. Start: 7:00 pm
