Offerings

At the end of each quarter, we run a program on the computer to process the
data that was entered.  Then the individual statements can be printed off.
Then we get help from volunteers to fold and stuff the statements and seal
the envelopes for mailing.  About 10-12 hours are spent on this process and 
volunteers spend 4-5 hours.
 

A volunteer should have some computer data entry skills, and be able to keep
the information confidential.
